Sullivan Roofing, Siding, and Contracting, Inc. is locally owned and operated.  We are licensed, bonded, and insured.  The company is built on integrity.  We are honest and hard-working, care about the work we do, do it right the first time, and provide top-notch roofing services.

Rod Sullivan, the CEO, was born and raised in Middle Tennessee.  He started framing homes with his father in 1980, even custom-building his own home in 2008.  In 2009, he began his career in the insurance claims-based roofing and restoration business, traveling to storm-stricken areas to assist homeowners in getting their homes repaired.  Focusing his attention back to middle Tennessee, he bought several homes for rehab.  Beginning in 2017, he was fully restoring and remodeling homes, interior and exterior.  He became licensed in water and fire restoration in 2021.
